Manufacturing of Sponge Iron (M/s. Ambey Metallic Pvt. Ltd)

Product: Sponge Iron Fines & Lumps. Annual production & capacity of 36000 Metric Tonnes.

Quality: Grade above 84. Sulphur-controlled.

Raw Material: South-African imported Virgin Iron Ore & Coal

Manufacturing of TMT Bars (M/s. Sahanu Sponge & Power)

Product: Jindal TMT 500. Annual production & capacity of 75,000 Metric Tonnes.

Quality: Complying with BIS standards of Fe 500, 550 grades. Chemical & Physical properties tested.

Raw Material: Customised high-grade Billets from ‘Mohit Steel’ & 'Mandovi Casting', Kundaim area (Group Company). Sulphur, Phosporous, Manganese & Carbon are controlled here as per our requirements.

 

The Company’s TMT manufacturing unit started its production under the present management in year 2012 and since then has been growing at a very exponential rate.
